Motorhome & caravan

Reports for your motorhome.

A motorhome and a caravan are two vehicles in one: chassis and body. We check both – moisture damage in the body in particular is easily overlooked after an accident.

Our reports for leisure vehicles

Two routes, one standard.

The value of a motorhome lies in the interior fit-out, the body and the optional equipment – not in the base vehicle. That is exactly where we look.

Accident Damage Appraisal

Motorhome & Travel Trailer Accident Damage Appraisal

Bodies, fitments and individual adaptations are what make up the value of a motorhome – and standard reports regularly set them too low. We assess chassis and body separately.

  • Chassis and body assessed separately
  • Moisture readings at the critical points
  • Loss of use, in the middle of the season too

If you are partly or fully at fault we bill by the work involved – we tell you that beforehand.

Condition Report

Motorhome & Travel Trailer Condition Report

Before buying, selling or the start of the season: watertightness, body, technology and fitments in one report. Water and mould damage shows up late – and then it is expensive.

  • Moisture readings on roof, windows and seams
  • Body, fitments and payload checked
  • As a PDF by email, usually the next day

Accident damage appraisal

Why a motorhome needs its own report

Motorhomes and caravans are special vehicles. Equipment, body and individual adaptations make up the largest part of the value – and those are exactly what standard reports regularly set too low or fail to record at all.

Our experts assess chassis and body separately. That includes checking for moisture: an impact that leaves only a dent on the outside can open a seam – and the damage only shows up months later as mould.

Your right to your own expert

If you are not at fault, you have the expressly established right to choose the expert yourself. Report the damage to a neutral expert before the other party’s insurer sends its own inspector – whose client is not you.

We determine the diminished value and the repair costs neutrally and, if you wish, take over the negotiation with the insurer.

Free of charge when the other party is at fault – on the road too

After an accident that was not your fault, the insurer of the party who caused it bears the cost of the independent expert. The report costs you nothing.

Damage while travelling is the rule, not the exception. We come to wherever the vehicle is standing – throughout Germany and across Europe through our network.

Condition report

Before buying, selling and the start of the season

A caravan or motorhome is a second home on wheels. Before you set off it should be clear that everything is in order technically and inside – after that the workshop is a long way away.

An independent expert’s report puts the condition in writing. That gives certainty when buying, arguments when selling and evidence in insurance matters.

What we look at particularly closely

Water and mould damage, creaking in the body, insufficient payload, leaking roof hatches and window frames: those are the defects that tip the value of a leisure vehicle and that you cannot find without a measuring device.

We document the condition and the causes of damage so that you know the repair costs to expect before you sign – not afterwards.
