1.1. Within Germany we offer the following payment options, unless stated otherwise in the respective product description in the offer:
1.2. For deliveries abroad we offer the same payment options. In Austria, EPS is additionally available.
1.3. Which of these payment methods are available for your specific order is shown to you during the ordering process before you submit the order.
2.1. Reports, condition reports, vehicle valuations and gift vouchers are services that do not involve the shipping of goods. You receive them digitally by email or in your customer account; no goods are shipped.
2.2. You receive the e-book after receipt of payment as a download link by email. No goods are shipped.
2.3. Only the printed editions of the book (paperback and hardback) are shipped. Shipping is by postal service or parcel service.
2.4. We ship to Germany, to the member states of the European Union and to Australia, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Canada, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.
3.1. No shipping costs are charged for the services without shipping of goods under sections 2.1 and 2.2.
3.2. For shipping printed books within Germany the shipping costs are 5,99 € for standard shipping and 9,99 € for express shipping. From an order value of 55,00 € standard shipping within Germany is free of charge.
3.3. For shipping to the member states of the European Union the shipping costs are 13,99 €.
3.4. For shipping to the other countries listed under section 2.4 the shipping costs are 19,99 €.
3.5. All prices stated are final prices and include statutory VAT.
3.6. Cross-border deliveries may incur additional taxes (for example in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or charges such as customs duties. These are to be borne by you.
